Council Savings Programme

Wolverhampton City Council have announced proposed savings of £40M over the next two years. These are outlined below in the Cabinet Budget Report (below).

Many of the savings will have an impact on our communities. Appendix 27 outlines savings from the Voluntary and Community Sector.

The Third Sector Partnership, supported by WVSC, has raised a number of issues with this proposal as set out in the Third Sector Response (below).

The response from the Third Sector Partnership has been sent to councillors and senior officers.
