Welcome to the E-Resource for Firm Foundations The Voluntary and Community Sector Good Practice Toolkit. Within Firm Foundation information you will find a range of templates of policies and procedures along with helpful information links.
Firm Foundations
The purpose of Firm Foundations, and the support that accompanies it, is to provide a guide to key areas of organisational development. Firm Foundations is designed to assist Voluntary and Community Organisations (VCOs) to become "fit for purpose", more sustainable and, if they wish, to be better able to enter the tendering process for public service contracts. Firm Foundationshas been developed by Pulse Regeneration Ltd with WVSC, on behalf of the Wolverhampton Third Sector Partnership.

There are ten key sections in the Firm Foundations Toolkit covering the key areas of organisational development. For more information on each section as well as relevant policies and templates, please select from the options below.
Whilst the policies are available for you to download directly, we strongly recommend that you contact us for support in adapting them, to make them as relevant and useful to your organisation as possible.
