Inviting

   

these people

means

issues

are raised

the problems

face to

the

right
     

person.

Through

service user

 

 

 

    

involvement,

problems

can

 

 

 

    

often be

resolved,

changes
     

to the

way

people

 

 

 

    

are

treated

the way

are run

worked on.
