Room hire

WVSC have a meeting room for hire at our premises.

They offer the following facilities for disabled access:

  • disabled access to the meeting room via a ramp
  • a car parking space which can be reserved
  • a disabled toilet

Meeting Room

Seats 18 around the table comfortably. There are also plenty of chairs available to lay the room out theatre style.

Our prices

Services included within the price:

  • Flip chart and paper, white board, TV and video.
  • Flasks of boiling water, jugs of cold water and mugs/glasses (please supply your own tea, coffee and sugar).

Room hire costs:

Full Day

£50 for voluntary groups.
£60 for statutory groups.

½ Day Session

£30 for voluntary groups.
£40 for statutory groups.

Per Hour

£15 for voluntary groups.
£20 for statutory groups.
(including allowance of 5 mins before and after the hour to arrive and vacate the room)

A £10 deposit is required, which you will need to leave with Reception on arrival along with your signed agreement form. This will be returnable in full when you leave.
