FREEPOST 

If you want to ask people to reply to a letter, questionnaire or flyer, you will always get a better response if they can reply for free. 

For a small group, the cost of setting up a FREEPOST address will be prohibitive.  However, WVSC is able to offer you the use of our FREEPOST address. 

Any small voluntary or community group in Wolverhampton can apply for this service but WVSC retains the right to refuse access. 

Groups will be asked to sign an agreement confirming that they will pay all costs incurred and specifying how replies will be dealt with.  In all normal circumstances, groups will be expected to collect replies from WVSC reception during office opening hours. 

In order to ensure accuracy, WVSC will normally provide  address labels for the organisation to use.  These will be charged at cost. 

The address may be used on a flyer or poster but WVSC must have sight of the final proof before printing/mailing. 

Replies are collated unopened. 

An invoice will be raised 2 weeks after replies start to arrive.  Payment terms are one month from date of invoice.
