COVID-19 Information and Support | Wolverhampton Voluntary Sector Council

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Response

Last Updated: 9th July 2020

In light of current Government Guidance in relation to the Coronavirus WVSC have made changes to the way that we are working:

  • We are CLOSED to visitors but continuing to support our customers and partners in different ways and welcoming new referrals and requests.
  • Most staff are working from home and able to provide support on telephone, email etc.  They have full access to the same information that they would if they were working from our offices. Please contact us through the usual channels: emails will be picked up as usual, phones will either be answered or re-directed.  In the event that you are asked to leave a message please do so and we will respond to those as soon as we are able.
  • A small number of staff remain working from our offices at 16 Temple Street.  They are coordinating the work of our projects and supporting Citywide efforts to ensure that local people, particularly the most vulnerable, are able to access the wide range of support that is still available through organisations and a growing number of local  volunteers.
  • Don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter & follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn for updates.
