Helping you get to where we want to be

This workshop is suitable for any groups who need a bit of support to plot out their plans for the future; including an assessment of where they are, where they want to be, and practical steps on how to achieve their goals.

This practical short course will provide participants with:-

  • Tools on how to assess their current position
  • Understanding of changes affecting voluntary and community groups
  • Identifying the skills and processes needed to manage and develop opportunities
  • Knowledge on how to implement short to medium term action planning
  • Mechanisms to effect change within an organisation
