Mental Health Awareness

Thanks to a grant Dudley Mind were awarded by the Morrison’s Foundation, we will be partnering with them to host a Mental Health Awareness Session, FREE to voluntary sector organisations.

The aim of these awareness sessions are to teach people what mental health is, how to manage it and how to recognise the signs and symptoms to help other people who are experiencing mental health problems.

In these sessions you will learn:

  • What is mental health?
  • How do we manage this?
  • Types of common mental health problems
  • Signs and symptoms – what to look for
  • Ways to manage our mental health
  • Where to go for support

Where and when

The session will take place at our offices in Temple St, Wolverhampton on Monday 25th February, 2019.

This session is open to voluntary sector organisations within the Wolverhampton area.
