Hope Community Project is an independent registered Charity seeking out the most vulnerable and isolated members of the community in a disadvantaged area of Wolverhampton.  The Project aims to integrate and help build a successful multi-cultural community where the gifts of each individual are recognised and appreciated.  It is strongly supported by a partnership between the Infant Jesus Sisters, Father Hudson’s Society and the Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham.

We require an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to work as part of our well established team, developing family and community life in the Heath Town area.  Support and network to build a stronger joined up menu of services available to local people to help develop a well-connected community.  Work with members of the team to develop and grow existing community groups and be part of ongoing new projects.  Be available to families and older people both in the centre and out in the community, so that they can obtain positive help and support.  Experience of working with families and young people and working in a community setting is essential along with knowledge of safeguarding and child protection issues and legislation surrounding vulnerable adults.
