Eurovia Contracting are currently delivering the City of Wolverhampton Council’s multi-million pound city centre transformation scheme funded by the Government’s Future High Street Fund.
Eurovia are committed to ensuring that local communities not only benefit from the works they are paid to carry out, but also through employee volunteering and sponsored applications to a Foundation set up by the Vinci Group of which Eurovia is a subsidiary.
The Vinci UK Foundation supports applications by voluntary and community groups sponsored by Vinci Group employees that promote social cohesion and tackle social exclusion. The Foundation makes grants of between £3k and £20k. Last year six projects sponsored by Eurovia UK employees were awarded grants from the Foundation. Applications can only be made for tangible goods (e.g. tools and equipment, vehicles, IT, furniture, building works). For full criteria see https://buff.ly/3KsnEzM
As a contractor working in the area, Eurovia are offering to sponsor up to 20 local organisations to make an application and will support you through the process; and if successful support the development of the project too.
If you would like to apply, please contact Megan Bloxham at megan.bloxham@eurovia.co.uk by 24th March 2022 at the latest.
All applications must be submitted to the Foundation by 31st March so the sooner you get in touch the better.
If your sponsored application is not selected to receive funding, Eurovia will explore how our team working in Wolverhampton can provide voluntary and charitable support in other ways.
