Make a Difference!
ASAN is seeking people living or working in All Saints to join our Board.
ASAN is a long established charity and social enterprise which seeks to improve the All Saints neighbourhood of Wolverhampton through the delivery of locally managed services and community business activity.
We are looking for volunteers living or working in All Saints, who share our passion to make the neighbourhood a better place to live and work in.
Would you be interested in exercising a governance / strategic leadership role at a major Wolverhampton Charity and Social Enterprise by: Attending Board meetings held every 6 weeks, attending sub groups in between Board meetings and supporting one off events such as the annual All Saints Festival
ASAN is particularly seeking people with understanding and knowledge in the following areas: financial management, company law, HR (including employment law), training and development.
Board meetings normally take place on Thursdays at 6pm.
Full training and induction is provided including roles responsibilities of charity trustees and company directors, background on ASAN and ana opportunity to meet ASAN staff. Travel and other expenses are paid in connection with this role.
