Aspiring Futures CIC – Job Opportunity

Aspiring Futures is a not for profit Community Interest Company. We believe in social inclusion, cultural diversity and improving the quality of life of women through lifelong learning, health awareness, mental health support and social connectedness.  We aim to develop the capacity and skills of women from socially excluded and economically disadvantaged groups and aim to raise awareness so that they are better able to identify and access local services.

Tutor and 1:1 Support Officer

£22,750 per annum pro rata to 15 hours a week, fixed term contract (30th November 2019) subject to 3 months probationary period

Job Summary: The post holder will work on Building Better Opportunities BRIDGES project to support participants in Employment and Learning Plan, work readiness activities including 1:1 support and teaching of group sessions, carry out induction and initial learning assessment of participants, undertake participants’ progress reviews on regular basis, take part in monitoring including electronic MI systems.

This post is part funded by ESF and matched by Big Lottery Fund.
