Wolverhampton Voluntary Sector Council is recruiting to a Senior Project Worker within our Bridges Project based within our offices in Wolverhampton.

Senior Project Worker – Full time

£26,000 per annum

(Funding is currently available for this post until 30/06/2022)

As the Senior Project Worker within Bridges you will lead an effective and high quality service to support our customers to overcome barriers in order to achieve their personal goals, moving them nearer to employment through volunteering.

Working within a friendly, supportive environment the ideal person should have:

  • Existing knowledge and practical experience of working within a Volunteer Centre or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Skilled and experienced in managing staff and volunteers
  • Knowledge of ESF (or equivalent) evidence gathering, monitoring and recording processes
  • Experience of working in partnership with a wide range of Stakeholders

Successful applicants will be expected to undertake a DBS check at the appropriate level, or provide a DBS certificate at the appropriate level and for the same workforce if currently registered with the DBS Update Service.
