We recently hosted an ESF Black Country Community Grants workshop here at WVSC.
The workshop run by Ruth Burgess, External Funding & Community Grants Manager was aimed at organisations who deliver activities which support and help people to get back into work and helped attendees to find out everything they need to know about the ESF Community Grants Programme which will run across the Black Country region between 1 April 2019 and 31 July 2021.
The aim of the Programme is to engage with local communities to deliver a range of skills and employment support activities to enable people from the hardest to reach communities, who may be experiencing multiple disadvantages, to make progress towards and enter the jobs market. Grants of between £5,000 and £20,000 are available.
